“最终，他必须靠自己。他必须摆正自己的生活、训练态度和比赛态度。当他摆正自己的职业态度时，他就会有所表现，因为他是一名优秀的球员。”

“拉什福德知道在遇到挫折时如何回应，如何确定自己的职业生涯和表现。他控制住了局面，我认为他正在回归的路上，他本赛季的开局非常好，现在他必须继续前进。”

谈及拉什福德在英格兰队的未来，滕哈赫表示：“我认为每一位主教练永远都会考虑他的，但这并不取决于我。”
